Event Description:
UP Wild will hold this month's spiritual gathering in a beautiful setting on the Houghton Canal at the Marsin Retreat Center. A potluck indoors by the fireplace will follow the Celtic-themed service led by retired Rev. Bucky Beach. The service will include a Wilderness Walk which is an opportunity to connect with God and each other in an outdoor natural setting. The walk has a leader who will guide the walk and stop along the way for readings and reflection. The walks are appropriate for all ages including families and children. Everyone is welcome, no religious affiliation is necessary.

Marsin Retreat Center, 52864 Red Brick Road, Houghton, MI Directions: Take (Houghton) Canal Road 6.4 miles through Oskar and turn right on Red Brick Road. Follow Red Brick Road .5 miles, turning right at any forks. Marsin Retreat Center is on the left.
