Enjoy small food samples from participating Hancock restaurants while you listen to local musicians like Bob Hiltunen, Jan Arnold, and Mike Irish to out-of-town musicians LauluAika Finnish Folk Band from St. Paul, MN. After sampling the local fare, join the afterparty with Outlaw’d beginning at 8 pm for a street dance on the parking deck of 400 Quincy Street.
