Hearth Brooms with Sandy Lindblom

Please join Sandy Lindblom in making a Hearth Broom at the Calumet Art Center. You'll learn to create the most unique broom for you or someone else! The Hearth Broom is a functional piece of Art. We'll be using broomcorn, what the original straw brooms were made of, and your choice of a large variety of colored reed and nylon. Some arm and hand strength is required. For ages 16 and up with a class limit of 6. Class fee is $50 and pre-registration and payment in full are required.
