31 Backpacks Fundraiser hosted by Rep. Scott Dianda and Debbie Dianda at the Miscowaubik Club. Social Hour 5:00-6:00 pm Dinner 6:00 pm Short presentation and silent auction to follow. $100 a plate with proceeds going to 31 Backpacks. Menu: Soup: Wild rice and mushroom soup Salad: Romaine lettuce,toasted almonds,grape tomatoes,crumbled feta,with a citrus vinaigrette dressing. Entree: Roasted tenderloin of beef,grilled artichokes, balsamic reduction,and goat cheese butter. Dessert: Chocolate panna cotta with spiced pepita brittle. Seating limited to 75 people
